We test in prod. Code review is a loop — a production incident is a teacher. The environment is the test suite. This is a feature, not a bug.

Five Nines Means "We are comfortable lying to you"!

We strive for an honest nine 5s (%55.5555555) uptime in a world full of Slop As A Service (SaaS). That means no "degraded" status pages, no SLA loopholes, when we crash; we 404.

Our Incident Response is Great.

We know our backups are good, because we use them, regularly. When a critical service crashes at 2am, the same hermes bot that caused the fire, will respond to an alert in a Uptime Kuma chat and we are back up in minutes. IR isn't a plan, it's a muscle.

Documentation is King.
